Carmen Louise is a highly accomplished martial artist with a rich history spanning multiple disciplines.
She holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate, a 4th degree Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and has over 20 years of experience in boxing, including coaching and winning 4 of her 5 amateur fights.
Carmen has also explored Muay Thai Kickboxing and MMA, training under top coaches such as UFC veteran Vik Grujic and boxing legends Freddie Tukes and Sam Soliman.

Her Karate journey includes multiple tournament wins, such as the 2004 Karateka of the Year and the 2007 Martial Artist of the Year Champion.
She has also served as a certified referee and coach in prestigious circuits, including the NAS World Championship finals and televised events on Fox Sports.
Brazilian JiuJitsu (BJJ)
4th Degree Brown Belt
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Carmen has earned 2 Gold and 2 Silver medals and became the first Australian female affiliate of Cia Paulista in 2014, currently trains under Carlos Portugues Viera.
Her coaching and refereeing achievements are extensive, and she is known for her expertise in sports BJJ and its point system.
